The Committee on Agrarian policy and Land Relations recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts" (re Documents certifying the Right of Land Plot Ownership, and the Procedure of Delineation and Association of Land Plots) at the Second Reading and in its Entirety

The Bill (Reg. No.2606) presents a new version of Article 126 of the Land Code, pursuant to which, the right of ownership of a land plot (the right of permanent use) is certified not only by a governmental act, but also by civil legal agreements.

The Bill introduces amendments to the Law "On Land Use Organization" concerning requirements for the technical documentation during delineation and association of land plots.
